A Georgetown favorite known for its butcher-shop-meets-restaurant concept is adding a Round Rock location.
Tejas Meat Supply, currently located in Georgetown’s downtown square, announced in January that it plans to expand into Round Rock and move into the former Kenney Fort Pub space at 3001 Joe Dimaggio Blvd., Suite 1400.
The Georgetown location combines a butcher counter and market with a casual restaurant serving house-made sausages, charcuterie, and signature sandwiches like the Georgetown Melt, plus beer and wine.
