St. Louis chef-entrepreneur Ben Poremba’s new venture, Atlas Gift Co., offers a culinary vacation within the comfort of one’s home. This extension of his business launched in December and has sold more than 350 gift boxes curated with food items from around the world.
“I really wanted to make sure that it is an experience and not just a gift box,” Poremba says. “We’ve included … little things to make the experience more than just about food and beverage.”
Poremba is a three-time James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist and the owner of Bengelina Hospitality Group, and he’s passionate about bringing multicultural food and drink experiences to St. Louis.
