WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita man learned his fate on Tuesday for fatally shooting his brother in 2020.
Thomas Harris was sentenced to 14 years in prison for voluntary manslaughter and attempted second-degree murder.
On Oct 12, 2020, Harris was at his apartment near South Broadway and Pawnee avenues with his brother, 68-year-old Troy Harris.
