City of Albuquerque urges small businesses to apply for window grant program while funding lasts

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – For a second year in a row, the City of Albuquerque is offering small businesses help when it comes to broken windows, but as the next round of grants rolls out, the city said participation is lower than expected.
