Arrests
Arson: James William Avery, 31, of the 9100 block of 45th Avenue Southwest, Seattle. Medford police arrested Avery Monday on a charge of second-degree arson. Avery was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear: David Allen Frasure, 37, of the 500 block of North Main Street, Ashland. Central Point police arrested Frasure Monday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and third-degree theft as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, third-degree theft, unlawful possession of heroin and second-degree criminal trespass.
