After a dry end to the week, wet conditions are set to return on Friday afternoon and last through Sunday morning with the potential for several inches of mountain snow. The high pressure in place will weaken and eventually low pressure will not only move in but settle into the Pacific Northwest for next week. This low pressure will bring several chances of rain, but with that is also going to be some very cold air dropping snow levels to elevations as low as 3,000-FEET and bringing the potential of maybe some sleet for the Willamette Valley starting Tuesday morning.
