A Carbon County car chase Tuesday evening ended along Route 940 when police officers shot a male driver, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The pursuit began around 8:15 p.m. along the highway, near Route 534 in Kidder Township, said Trooper Anthony Petroski III, public information officer for Troop N.
