All Glass & Windows, a Sarasota-based window and door business, has acquired Sarasota Glass & Mirror. The acquisition expands the company’s residential offerings, adds an expert procurement and installation team to its staff and “brings a renowned brand into the All Glass & Windows family,” according to a statement.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sarasota Glass & Mirror, established in 1974, provides glass and glazing services to residential and commercial clients in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Its offerings range from impact-resistant windows and doors to frameless shower enclosures to custom mirrors and specialty glass work.
