Buffalo snow plow fleet cut in half to 14 as weather takes toll

BUFFALO, N.Y. — We may be getting a bit of a break with the weather after January snow storms and bitter cold earlier this month, which can be really tough on snow removal equipment.

But the City of Buffalo could be facing a very difficult situation right now if there would be a significant snowfall.
