Startling red signs posted on the Kroger doors at Worthington Mall yesterday gave customers a fright, especially since the signs were put up by the Columbus Board of Health.
The store was inspected by Columbus Public Health on the 10th, and they found water accumulation that led to sewage backup. As a result, the Columbus Public Health Department forced Kroger to close overnight on February 10th and going into the 11th.
