A long-planned Publix is officially under construction in Powdersville.
The middle portion of Powdersville Plaza was recently demolished and is now being rebuilt into the new grocery store. The shopping center is owned by Aston, which has several properties in the greater Greenville area, including North Hills, McBee Station and The Commons.
