NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WBTV) – A recent string of earthquakes in one area of South Carolina continued Wednesday night and early Thursday morning with its fourth and fifth strikes within the past 10 days.
The latest earthquake struck just before 4 a.m. on Feb. 12, and had a magnitude of 1.8. It’s epicenter was off Ashley River Road in the North Charleston area.
Thursday’s quake was the area’s fifth since Feb. 3, all of which have come within an approximately five-mile radius of each other…
