MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) — Federal and state shrimping industry advocates say they plan to reveal results of a new round of genetic testing on shrimp served at Lowcountry restaurants next week.
SeaD founder Dave Williams said the results of that testing are expected to be in next week. For the second round, they returned to half of the restaurants in the Charleston area that they tested the last time around.
