DOC: SCI Camp Hill corrections officer attempted to smuggle drugs for inmate

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A SCI Camp Hill corrections officer was suspended after she was charged this week with allegedly bringing drugs into the prison for an inmate.

During a random search of SCI Camp Hill staff members in January, a K-9 gave an alert about Alicya Kent, 35, of Red Lion, possibly having drugs on her, according to charges filed Monday by the Department of Corrections (DOC).
