Two 16-year-old teenagers are being charged as adults following a shooting incident that damaged vehicles and apartment buildings in Lancaster Township, Pennsylvania.
According to Lancaster Township Police Department, officers responded to reports of shots fired at the Hawthorne Gardens apartment complex on Dickens Drive around 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday (February 10).
