WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are searching for a woman wanted in connection with retail thefts at a department store last year.
Aracelis Sanchez, 25, of Lancaster, is wanted on charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy – retail theft, both felonies of the third degree.
