Just over a month into 2026, new businesses are thriving across Stanislaus County. From fun to footwear, to mostly food, here is a roundup of what has opened over the last few months.
Vintage Faire Mall is a good place to start. Viral social media sensation K-Ramyun opened on the second floor right outside of Macy’s at the end of November. The restaurant has a colorful wall of ramen where diners can choose a pack and cook it themselves.
On the lower level, just outside the main building, is the area’s only Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, where diners can select sushi and other Japanese fare from a conveyor belt while being served by robot waiters. The restaurant opened Nov. 14.
Foot Locker opened a new space on the lower level at the end of January, and it’s three times larger than the original store…
