HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The family of a child who was allegedly abused by a former Horry County special education assistant is filing a lawsuit.
Mildred Pickett filed the lawsuit on Feb. 4 against Horry County Schools, Mary Ann Davis-Polite and a district employee.
