How Main Street Murfreesboro is preserving the past and making way for the future

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — In downtown Murfreesboro, one of the oldest courthouses in the state is still standing. However, this community isn’t just preserving its past; it’s also paving the way for the future.

“This is a beautiful view of what our square looks like,” Sarah Callender, Executive Director of Main Street Murfreesboro, said. “A lot of downtowns don’t have a square with a courthouse, so that makes us unique.”
