MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) — The Mount Pleasant Police Department affirmed Thursday that it followed standard procedure when one of its “separated” officers was hired by the neighboring Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
The Mount Pleasant Police Department turned over its full internal affairs file to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 23, officials said.
