HOUSTON — A retail property along FM 1960 just west of Deerbrook Mall is undergoing some changes — and will be home to a popular burger joint — after being scooped up by a young Houston-based commercial real estate company.
Main Street Commercial Partners, founded in 2021, purchased the 220,000-square-foot Deerbrook Plaza Shopping Center at 9715-9813 FM 1960 Bypass in Humble in September and started beautifying the property last month, Anderson Smith, a partner at the firm, told the Houston Business Journal.
