NEW ORLEANS (press release) – On Thursday, Feb. 26, burger historian, author and restaurateur George Motz will bring his hamburger poboys to Hot Stuff for a one-night-only pop-up event.
Motz is the founder and owner of Hamburger America in New York and the author of multiple books documenting the history of the American hamburger. His work exploring regional burger traditions has also appeared on television, including as the host of “Burger Land” on the Travel Channel and through ongoing contributions to First We Feast.
At Hot Stuff, Motz will be making hamburger poboys inspired by New Orleans institutions like Camellia Grill.
