ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.—Students at an Albuquerque charter school staged a walkout and protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement activity Thursday, despite warnings about safety from school administrators, and it’s raising questions about what a school can and can’t do about student protests.
Middle and high school students at Explore Academy in northeast Albuquerque planned a protest and promoted it via social media.
