Colorado State Patrol revealed more information surrounding the death of a Northern Colorado woman who was initially reporting missing before being found dead in her vehicle in an irrigation canal near Timnath in December.
Colorado State Patrol says impairment is suspected to be a contributing factor in the crash that killed 20-year-old Kaylee Russell, of Ault, citing a toxicology report that confirmed marijuana in her system, according to a Feb. 11 news release regarding the ongoing investigation.
