FatCats, with locations across the Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Idaho Springs markets, has expanded its in-seat delivery service to include pre-ordered concessions items when movie tickets are scanned, helping guests skip lines and get their food and drink at just the right time.
There are multiple ways for guests to order food and drinks, which includes pre-ordering concessions with the purchase of a movie ticket. Orders are then made fresh when staff scans the ticket upon arrival. Guests can also add more to an existing order after the movie has started by opening the digital ticket and adding selections, which will be delivered to the designated seat. Moviegoers can also scan QR codes at tables and attractions, allowing orders to be delivered anywhere in the center.
The Phoenix and Salt Lake City markets are home to four FatCats locations each, while Idaho Springs (Rexburg) has one. FatCats is known for its immersive entertainment model, offering 62,000 square feet of state-of-the-art movie theaters, glow golf, bowling and arcades.
