One of two men arrested in 2024 on allegations they tampered with ATM machines in Newberg and McMinnville has admitted to several of the crimes.
On Jan. 23, Luis Miguel Gonzalez Pena, 34, pleaded guilty in Yamhill County Circuit Court to two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and one count of computer crimes.
