» Shooting Defendant Faces May Trial After Rejecting Plea Offer

Kevin J. Glenn Jr., 48, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland on Feb. 11 to receive a date for trial.

Glenn is charged with two counts each of attempted first- and second-degree murder, first-degree assault and firearm use in a felony violent crime, as well as one count of reckless endangerment and five gun violations for his alleged role in a Sept. 24, 2025 non-fatal shooting that occurred in Central Park Heights.

According to charging documents, police responded to reports of a shooting victim on the 2800 block of Woodland Avenue, where they located a man suffering from a wound to his head. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition…
