CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 21-year-old is arrested with charges pending after police said he used a stolen gun to shoot a young man Thursday night in Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood.
According to the Cleveland Police, at around 11:38 p.m., officers responded to the 11200 block of Buckeye after a call reported a man shot.
