The Charleston complex near West Ashley Greenway, home to Charleston Bicycle Co. and the former Carolina Rod and Gun at 1317 Hwy 17, is getting a facelift.
Arthur Lucas, owner of Freehouse Brewery in North Charleston, and David Miles, former owner of LimRic Plumbing, Heating and Air, have purchased the property, which will be called The Greenway, Lucas told What Now Charleston.
“Myself and another gentleman, who ran a successful HVAC business and sold that, we came together to purchase the building. He and I are both the landlords, but I will also be a tenant,” Lucas said…
