HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Dauphin County officials are responding to accusations that they allegedly held potentially lifesaving information from ICE agents.
It comes after a Chinese native, Chaofeng Ge, was transferred from the Dauphin County Prison to a processing center, where he was later found dead by suicide.
