Naples’ first Shake Shack finally has a grand opening date. You’ll be able to enjoy crinkle cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and classic burgers and chicken sandwiches starting Feb. 20.
Locals have been not-so-patiently waiting for the highly anticipated fast casual spot to open at Mercato. The Shake Shack development team announced the new Naples location in July 2025 and originally targeted to open the restaurant later that year.
The wait is finally over, and I can’t wait to get my hands on a Chicken Shack sandwich. I can practically taste the buttermilk herb mayo already…
