NDOT’s “tone deaf” parking changes impacting churches, small businesses

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Neighbors, church leaders, and small business owners took to this week’s Metro Traffic & Parking Commission meeting, voicing frustrations over recent parking zone changes from the Nashville Department of Transportation.

Lindsley Ave in the SoBro (South of Broadway) neighborhood now has signs up for a two-hour time limit for street parking from 8 am to 4 pm. Co-owners of The Cordelle event venue say NDOT is finding solutions to problems that weren’t there in the first place.
