A Level 1 out of 5 risk for severe weather has been added to the forecast for Alabama for Sunday.
NOAA’s Storm Prediction Center thinks there will be a marginal risk for severe storms for the southern half of the state on Sunday — from roughly the southern Birmingham metro area to the Gulf Coast.
