Woman knocked to the ground, bag stolen while waiting for SEPTA bus in Philly

An arrest was made after a woman waiting for a SEPTA bus was knocked to the ground during a robbery in Oxford Circle in January, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

A 66-year-old woman was waiting for a Route 59 SEPTA bus at the intersection of Benner Street and Castor Avenue around 6:39 p.m. on Jan. 18 when two people got out of a red Jeep SUV and approached her, police said.
