Pagans member held for trial in shooting at West Norriton Wawa

NORRISTOWN — A member of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Gang was held for trial on charges he conspired with eight other club members during a confrontation and shooting involving a rival biker gang on the parking lot of the Wawa in West Norriton Township during which six people, including two innocent bystanders, were wounded.

George T. Cwienk III, 51, of the unit block of 7th Street, Bridgeport, waived his preliminary hearing on Thursday, before District Court Judge Cathleen Kelly Rebar, on charges of aggravated and simple assault, conspiracy, riot and recklessly endangering other persons in connection with the 9:12 p.m. Oct 17, 2025, shooting that occurred on the parking lot of the Wawa at 2544 W. Main St. in West Norriton.

By waiving the hearing, Cwienk essentially agreed that he was in the same position as other alleged co-defendants who previously were held for trial after their preliminary hearings and he didn’t force prosecutors to present identical evidence and testimony at his hearing…
