Award-winning chef opens new Black-owned restaurant in downtown Wilmington

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A newly opened Black-owned restaurant is drawing crowds in downtown Wilmington, led by a chef familiar to the port city’s culinary scene.

Keith Rhodes, who owned the award-winning Catch restaurant for years, has opened Voyce, combining his culinary background with his vision for the future.
