Two men are facing drug-dealing charges following a traffic stop in the New Castle area.
State Police said a trooper pulled over the vehicle on Memorial Drive early Monday morning due to an equipment violation. Initially, drug paraphernalia was discovered. Then, a search of the vehicle and its occupants turned up 34 grams of suspected crack cocaine and .99 grams of heroin. Also found were two digital scales and drug packaging materials.
45-year-old William Comer Jr. of Wilmington and 59-year-old Darrell Maxion of Bear were arraigned on drug charges.
