An Entergy crew found the remains of a body while working in the Leonidas neighborhood Thursday afternoon, New Orleans police said.
After workers smelled a decaying odor in the 8100 block of Willow Street, they alerted other Entergy personnel, who uncovered the remains. Entergy officials then alerted NOPD at around 12:22 p.m.
