WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A volunteer group working to clean up trash along downtown Wichita’s Riverwalk is running into issues with paid parking that began last summer.
The Wichita RiverWalk Cleanup Crew has been unable to access some of the dirtiest areas along the Arkansas River due to parking fees, according to group member Krystina Furst.
