Albuquerque, New Mexico – Snow will begin coating high mountain roads by late Friday morning, creating slick and hazardous travel across northern New Mexico through 5 a.m. Saturday.

According to the National Weather Service in Albuquerque, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 11 a.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Saturday for the Tusas Mountains, including Chama, and the northern and southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
