SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —It’s the calm before the storm at Blarney Stone in downtown Sioux Falls.
“A lot of preparation goes into preparing for Valentine’s Day from our director of operations all the way down to our GM. We try to do different specials every year and kind of bring the different crowd,” Assistant Service Manager, Blarney Stone, Bree Sanders said.

The crew at Blarney Stone does what they can to have as much seating as possible for Valentine’s Day.
“We will be opening our underground area at 4:00 that day to kind of accommodate anybody who wants to try to get out earlier for that dinner. And it will stay open pretty late to accommodate for, you know, extra seating,” Sanders said…
