PHOENIX – A person was arrested after allegedly stealing a car and using pepper balls along with a “simulated handgun.”
Tempe police said the incident took place late Thursday night near Elliot Road and Priest Drive. The suspect in that incident hit another car with a pepper ball.
The victim was able to track the car, and Tempe Police say the suspect was arrested without incident…
