Asheville bar’s sales surge 25% amid Billy Strings’ return with sold-out shows

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Musician Billy Strings is in Asheville for the second half of a four-night sold-out concert series and fans aren’t the only ones excited about the bluegrass star’s back-to-back shows.

Restaurants and bars are seeing a big boost in business as thousands of fans, many from out of town, take the trip to Asheville.

Fitz and the Wolfe bar manager Marlea Kunst said sales saw a 25% increase on a Wednesday night, even compared to a regular Saturday at this time of year…
