Former Police Chief With ‘Target List’ Sentenced For Multi-County Arson Spree In Maryland

David Michael Crawford, 74, of Ellicott City, pleaded guilty Friday, Feb. 13, in Montgomery County Circuit Court to two counts of first-degree arson and one count of second-degree arson.

Judge James Bonifant sentenced Crawford to 55 years in prison, to run concurrent with a sentence he is already serving for convictions in Howard County.
