HUEYTOWN, Ala. (WIAT) — Hueytown residents are providing food, blankets and kindness to community members in need for Valentine’s Day.
The Boots Gober Lonely Hearts Club Food Giveaway will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at the Old Gobers location on the Hueytown-Bessemer line. The event will continue until supplies run out.
The event still needs volunteers and the following supplies:
- Non-perishable food items
- Blankets
- Hygiene items
- Monetary or supply donations.
