BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Kenmore man is accused of slashing the tires on dozens of vehicles in November.
According to Buffalo Police, Darrel Larkin, 43, has been charged with eight counts of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a class E felony.
