CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A man was charged with murder after a man was shot to death in a northwest Charlotte neighborhood last month.
Taylen Germon Barbour, 21, was charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon on Tuesday, Jan. 27, police announced on Feb. 13.
