A MAJOR school district is considering closing 27 schools in a massive restructuring plan.
The district cited a decrease in student enrollment as a reason for the change.
The proposal uses a top-down approach to address projections that school enrollment will drop by the equivalent of four high schools’ worth of students by 2030.
