MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — A Dayton man has been sentenced following the conviction relating to the torture of two children.
According to Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck, 39-year-old Kyle Knox was sentenced to 40 to 45 and a half years in prison after being convicted of the 2024 torture of a nine-year-old girl and her eight-year-old brother.
As previously reported, police were sent to the 3300 block of Arlene Avenue after receiving reports that two children were found walking in the street alone. When officers approached them, it was said that the children made claims that they had been left home alone and were looking for help…
