FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – The A LOT to LOVE program is back, offering small-scale developers a chance to buy discounted City-owned lots for new housing projects.
Developers can apply online for up to three of the 29 available sites, which include single-family homes, duplexes, and townhouses. The goal is to revitalize 32 vacant lots in total.
